The singer stated that he decided to leave the record label because his contract had expired and he was not ready to renew it.
He went further to reveal that despite all his time there, he noticed that he was not being appreciated and after writing songs for one of the label artiste, he ends up getting funny attitude rather than appreciation.
Although, he never mentioned anyone’s name in the label but it is being perceived that singer, Kcee, who helped discover him at a club, may have hurt him so much as he added that the singer feels he knows so much despite not being able to write his songs.
Moving forward to owing his own record label which is known as ‘Alter Plate’ he said, “My music company is not a record label, is a music company owned by Harrysong. I was singed under Five Star as a music artiste, writing, music directing to coaching right from church to this level but doing those things in that platform does not a problem for me but sometimes it bothers me that you are helping someone that knows nothing but the person is feeling like he is helping you. What bothers me is not the work but the appreciation you write a song for someone rather than appreciate you he feels that if he does not sing your song you will not blow so it’s just childishness.”
