In a not-too-long ago chat with Potpourri the mother of one lets us into the secret world of who she really is and how un-put-off-able she is when going after what she wants.

In her words : “If you want something, you need to go get it. You can’t sit and ask someone to get it for you; you need to go get it yourself. I’m used to getting things myself and I don’t take no for an answer. If I knock on a door and you say no, I’ll give you some time and I would come back until you say yes.
I’ve gotten a lot of nos in my life that it got to a point in my life I was like, I think everybody is going to disappoint me so I’m not going to believe in anybody again apart from myself.

I think that was a good lesson for me. Now, I don’t believe anybody, I don’t trust anybody, I’m just being frank; I don’t trust any human being, I don’t even trust my own child. You know why? Because the moment I trust someone and then you fail me, to me that is worse than even my boyfriend cheating on me, it’s that bad.
So now what makes me go so freely is that I don’t trust anybody and even if you disappoint me, I don’t see it; I don’t even feel pain in the sense that I don’t trust anyone so I won’t be hurt.”
